You said you liked birds - so here are some more for you. The nest is not good but I think you will know what it is meant to be & my blue sky is so pale that you can't see it!
Please thank Nurse for her nice letter & tell her I will answer it next week. She tells me how fond John is of reading - that is like me! But how he puts away his book to play with Jim. I know how hard it is sometimes to put away a book one likes. Jim likes catapults and bows and arrows and that is like Daddy, only his are fishing rods and guns!! I wonder if you two will be bigger enough to go fishing with Dad when he comes home??
I don't know Mrs Markham's History - I must try and get it.
The girls are well and full of mischief!!
